Mr. Xiaolong Hu grew up in China and has lived in Germany. Since 2003 Xiaolong Hu has worked for various technology oriented management consultancies. His present consulting work focuses on Industrie 4.0 strategies, innovation management, operational excellence as well as on managing large implementation projects in a cross-cultural context.

Mr. Hähnel has been living in China for five years and working at Burkardt & Partner Rechtsanwälte. Mr. Hähnel supports his predominantly European clients on cross border business in the PRC.
Burkardt & Partner is a China licensed law firm advising medium-sized enterprises as well as business groups and international industrial companies from Germany, Switzerland and Austria on their investments in the People’s Republic of China, including environmental law as well as criminal defense in environmental matters.

Thomas has been in China for over 18 years and is well known for his leadership management methods, his creative way of culture integration as well as his long-standing professional experiences as a managing director in small and medium sized international enterprises in Asia Pacific region.

Robin has a B.S. degree majored in Chemical Engineering and M.S degree majored in Inorganic Chemistry. He has worked in the chemical manufacturing industry for 18+ years with different roles at the operational function. Most of his career path was developed in the German based multi-national companies like WACKER Chemie.
