Mrs. Sylvie Luo is a finance professional with 20 years of financial experience in chemical, pharmaceutical and automotive industries. At the beginning, she worked as full-scope finance manager including both accounting and controlling in the multinational companies more than 8 years, then worked in Bayer for 7 years not only as the HQ business controller to monitor plants’ operation performance but also joined the global GBS (Global Business Service) project for SSC organization integration in China. Afterwards, Mrs. Luo worked in Faurecia for 4 years to build up SHA SSC successfully and keep continuous process optimization and productivity improvements. Since Aug 2017, Mrs. Luo joined Brose as China Finance Director in charge of regional SSC operation and China treasure management.

Mr. Haeckl holds a diploma degree in industrial engineering. He joined the Schaeffler Group in 2006 and has been working in China since the beginning of 2010. During this time, he has gained rich experience in several Controlling Management positions for both Divisions Industrial and Automotive as well as Central Functions.

Dr. Zhen Huang is Managing Partner of Shanghai De Chen Enterprise Management Consulting Co. Ltd., a specialist consulting and training company specializingon controlling and strategy performance improvement. Dr. Huang has been working as strategy and management consultant for more than 20 years. Before he set up his own business in late 2003, he had worked for Roland Berger Strategy Consultants and Horváth & Partners Management Consultants in Germany for many years. He is currently the exclusive training partner of CA Controller Akademie in China. CA is the market leader for controlling and controller training in the German-speaking countries with nearly 50 years of experience.
