Mr. Frank Liu is experienced in project management for new product innovation, supply chain optimization and engineering, supply chain structure design and build, supply chain management, vendor development, sales forecasting, demand forecasting, supply planning, inventory planning, sales inventory operation, lean 6 sigma, supply chain strategy, capacity management, organizational structure improvement, logistic flow design, KanBan, visual management and onsite improvement.
Frank has over 28 years management experience from MNCs. And he worked in Korean and US. Frank holds an EMBA degree from Nanjing Universty. He led following projects in recent years:
- ERP System up and running, set and implement supply chain base, Distribution Center and related strategy, implement Pull system on lean 6 Sigma principle, sales inventory operation process, material management of guideline, build up Supply Chain team in WFOEs
