Hi there, I am Mathieu, and this particular name is taken from a American football player, who is full of passion both on the court and in life. Hope one day I can be like him. I am working for Ondal Medical Systems (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. as a sales engineer since Aug. 2018. By the way, my major in college was electrical engineering and automation and my last job is electrical engineer. It is a huge challenge for me to transform from technician to salesman, and my colleagues helps me a lot.

During the three months of working, as a fresh graduate, I found that there was a big difference between working and studying in school. Fortunately, the company provided me with a good platform, so that I could gradually integrate into the work. In these months, I gradually learned to work better in a team and realized that I had to be more active in learning to effectively improve my work. I have learnt a lot from it not only how to do research, but also team spirit and how to communication with others. So I love my major. I am long for doing research in this field. I think further study is urgent for me to realize my dream.

In my spare time, I like to listen to Pop music, watch movies and doing sports. In all sports, Badminton is my favorite. They keep me in good health, full of energy and breed optimism towards life. Besides, I really enjoy watching English films. It can not only kill time, but also excise my listening skills. I know my English is not good enough, and I will continue to study.

Ms. Alexandra Fong is the General Manager of 3B Scientific (Suzhou) Co., Ltd., one of 15 Affiliates around the World with HQ in Germany.

She was sent by HQ to China in 2014 to support the Production Line and Quality Control and since 2017 has been serving as Managing Director.

Previously, she held positions as Marketing and Sales Manager at various Companies, Fortune 500 as well as Family owned Businesses.

She earned her MBA from University of Applied Sciences Hamburg with major in International Business Strategy and International Marketing Management.
