Lorenzo Bali 自 2015 年起在苏州生活和工作，他早在 2003 年就已在欧洲和美国积累了相关经验后，开始在中国发展事业。

Lorenzo Bali lives and works in Suzhou since 2015 and has begun working in China in 2003 after experiences in Europe and USA.

他现任佩里科尼苏州公司及佩里科尼常州公司的副总经理。这两家公司是饮料瓶盖制造领域的领军企业，他分别于 2015 年和 2021 年从零开始，成功创立了这两家公司。

He is the Deputy General Manager of Pelliconi Suzhou and Pelliconi Changzhou, leader companies for the manufacturing of closures for the beverage industry. He has started both companies from a "white paper" in 2015 and in 2021. 

在加入佩里科尼之前，他通过多种角色积累了广泛的企业管理经验：他曾是自有咨询公司 Ellebi 的顾问，担任过 Betamotor 的市场经理、Ugolini Design 的出口经理以及 Compagnucci SPA 的销售与市场经理。

Before working for Pelliconi he has achieved a wide experience in company management through experiences as consultant with his own firm Ellebi, marketing manager at Betamotor, export manager at Ugolini Design and sales & marketing manager at Compagnucci SPA.   

他拥有英国博尔顿大学颁发的汽车工程学士学位。

He has earned a bachelor's degree in Automobile engineering in Bolton UK.

Lorenzo 热衷于骑行与赛车运动。

Lorenzo is a cycling and motorsport enthusiast.

跨行业服务过半导体、汽车制品、医疗包装行业，主要从事生产管理和品检管理工作。

With cross-industry experience serving the semiconductor, automotive products, and medical packaging industries, primarily engaged in production management and quality inspection management.

目前就职于欧达尔公司已接近十年，公司主要经营医疗悬挂系统，本人负责生产制造、EHS、设备和厂务设施管理。目前将挑战新的职能：物流仓储管理。

Currently work at Ondal Medical Systems (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. for nearly ten years, the company mainly operates in medical suspension systems, where he is responsible for production manufacturing, EHS, equipment, and plant facility management. Now taking on the challenge of a new function: logistics and warehouse management.
