"The seven quality tools were originated by Japanese companies, and they become fundamental problem analysis and process improvement skill for engineers who are dealing with shopfloor problems. Trainer
Seasoned expertise with more than thirty-year experience in Lean and Six Sigma, OpEx, and TQM, Mike served various managerial roles in MNC companies including Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, APAC Digitization Manager, Quality Manager, APAC CPI Director, Senior Operations Director and Vice GM, his scope ranged from one site to multiple locations. Mike trained and mentored more than thousand belts and projects, he has tremendous lean six sigma project experience in product while lifecycle processes, including design, engineering, manufacturing, planning, quality management, equipment maintenance, supply chain, besides of these, he also has project experiences in finance, human resources, legal and compliance, information system, digitalization, ERP system and M&A projects. As a quality professional, Mike owns rich knowledge in ISO9000, TL9000 and TS16949.
Mike holds Six Sigma Black Belt certificates from Honeywell and GE. Mike graduated from Sichuan University as master degree with major in Polymer Material engineering.
He is one of the founders of International Association of Business Excellence (previously Suzhou Lean Six Sigma Club) and he is member of BOD and act as group leader of expertise team.

If you register for an event but can't attend, please do let us know in advance. If you cancel 1 day before the event, there will be NO cancellation fee. DUSA will charge 100% of the registration fee for cancellation within 24 hours.
