This is the last call of DUSA training "Desgin Your Production Line Lean and Intelligent" on July 18, 2019.
A Lean Line Design is one of the best systematical ways to streamline a process in order to remove waste. The aim is to redesign production and logistics so as to increase productivity and flexibility, as well as lowering the investment ratio, space requirements and throughput time. In Lean Line Design, ultimate workstation design tools and visual factory tools for line design as well as optimized material delivery are key contents. The intelligent tools will be introduced, which can automatically gather the data and make further analysis as well as actions.
精益产线设计是简化流程以消除浪费的最佳系统方法之一。目的是重新设计生产和物流，以提高生产率和灵活性, 同时降低投资比、空间要求和生产时间。在精益产线设计中，最为关键的部分是最终的工作站设计工具和用于生产线设计的可视工厂工具以及优化的物料交付。同时，在精益产线设计过程中将引入可以自动收集数据并进行进一步的分析和操作的智能工具。

Mr. Ren Jie Zhang
Senior Consultant and Trainer, GAMIMr. Renjie Zhang is GAMI senior consultant and trainer who focuses on research and consulting in the field of production management. He has extensive industry knowledge in lean production, logistics system simulation, shop floor management and layout planning.
Mr. Zhang studied at Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan and Technical University of Berlin, Germany. After years of overseas and domestic job assignments he gained extensive experiences in field of production management. His main customers are international renowned companies, e.g. Siemens AG, Dürr AG.
As a trainer, Mr. Zhang focuses on production management and specialized in lean production topics.
At same time, Mr. Zhang has many project experiences, such as
- Lean transformation project (Shanghai)
- Enabling program for performance plus in production management (Nantong)
