Dear DUSA Members and Friends,
This is the last call of DUSA EHS Training "Build Up Effective Emergency Management System" dated December 15th, 2020.
Emergency management is the organization and management of the resources and responsibilities for dealing with all humanitarian aspects of emergencies (preparedness, response, mitigation, and recovery). The aim is to reduce the harmful effects of all hazards, including disasters. It is an extremely important part of enterprise management to improve the safety awareness and emergency response capabilities, and to reduce casualties and property losses. It is also a social responsibility and inherent requirement of the enterprise's own development. | 企业应急管理是指对企业生产经营中的各种安全生产事故和可能给企业带来人员伤亡、财产损失的各种外部突发公共事件，以及可能给社会带来损害的各类突发公共事件的预防、处置和恢复重建等工作，是企业管理的重要组成部分。加强应急管理是提高企业安全生产意识和应急处置能力，减少人员伤亡和财产损失的重要措施，也是企业自身发展的内在要求和社会责任。

Mr. Jian Sun
Founder, Safecoo
Mr. Sun is a well-known emergency management consultant and safety production training and education expert. He has more than 15 years of experience in the safety industry and 10 years of safety training and education. His training and consulting services fit the actual operation of the companies and are derived from his experience as the training director in the Asia-Pacific region and regional manager in China of a large multinational company.
He got the systematic safety technology training, emergency response management training in Australia Safety Management Agency, OSHA (U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Management Regulations Bureau), MSHA (U.S. Mining Occupational Safety and Health Management Regulations Bureau), EPA (U.S. Environmental Protection Agency), AMA (American Management Association), ASTD (American Study and Development Association) and etc.
Mr. Sun has attended a number of national emergency management and training projects. He has organized the first domestic emergency trainers’ team, and led the team to develop the first domestic operational safety training system and production accident emergency rescue training and evaluation system. This system was promoted to the training center of Sinopec and CNOOC and got the positive feedback.
孙健老师是国内有名的应急救援实战培训专家和安全培训教育专家。具有15年以上的安全行业从业经验和10年安全培训教育经验。

先后赴澳大利亚安全管理机构、美国OSHA(美国职业安全健康管理条例局）、 MSHA(美国矿业职业安全健康管理条例局）、EPA（美国环保总署）、AMA(美国管理协会) 、ASTD（美国学习与发展协会）等接受了系统化的安全技术培训、应急响应实战管理培训以及教育技术培训等。
主导策划参与了多个国家级应急实战培训演练基地的策划、运营和咨询工作。成立并培养了国内第一个应急实战培训师资团队，并带领团队研发创立了国内第一套作业安全培训体系和生产事故应急救援实战培训体系和测评体系，并在中石化培训中心和中海油培训中心以及多个国家级应急救援实战培训演练基地得到推广。
