During the event, we'll explore three unique career journeys:
（1）徐叶，来自DUSA会员企业：莲华尚品（张家港）贸易有限公司，将通过她自己的职场故事带领大家一起讨论如何发现自己，重塑自己；越过山丘，陵谷崔嵬。
Joy Xu from Lotus United Trading Co., Ltd. will kick off the discussion, sharing her experiences on "How to Know Yourself, Find the Right Career Path, and Develop Professionally." Joy's story will offer valuable insights on self-discovery and career development.
（2）来自儒拉玛特的Carter Chen将在本期DARE活动中继续和参会者一起分享自己的职场发展故事并讨论当下互联网大环境之下，年轻人对于职场积累与沉淀可以做出怎样的思考与选择。
Carter Chen, representing the new generation at ruhlamat, will dive into the topic of "Career Building in the Digital Age." He'll discuss how young professionals can make thoughtful career choices and accumulate valuable experiences in today's internet-driven workplace.
（3）胡文钦, 目前在佩里科尼（苏州）瓶盖制造有限公司担任产品设计师。将和大家一起探讨年轻人对于职场发展的探索。
Coory Hu, a Product Designer at Pelliconi Suzhou Closures Manufacturing Co., Ltd., will wrap up the evening by exploring the broader landscape of career development for young professionals.

Hello everyone, my name is Xu Ye, Joy is my English name. It's my great pleasure that Dusa gave me this opportunity to share my stroy at DARE event.
I am currently employed by Lotus United Co., Ltd., and I am a professional finance. In the past 15 years of my work, I from the international logistics department to the financial department. I grow up with the company's development (startup period, growth period, stable period, and current period of sustained development). As an employee of the company, I contribute to my logistics and financial job and building professional team, and solving problems. Besides, my hobby is drinking Chinese tea and reading literary articles and novels, which have helped improve my artistic appreciation, cultural literacy, emotional adjust, and intellectual exploration.
It's an honor to introduce myself to all of you here, and I look forward to meeting and getting to know everyone better during the upcoming event. Thank you.
