For new managers, how to lead employees through change is often a huge challenge and also determines the speed and comprehensiveness of enterprise transformation implementation. The innovative meeting, an effective tool from Carnegie's series of courses: "New Manager Management Skills", can help new managers effectively promote change management and problem solving within the organization.

对于新的管理者来说,如何带领员工进行变革往往是一个巨大的挑战,也决定了企业转型实施的速度和全面性。创新会议卡内基"新经理管理技能"系列课程中的一个有效工具,可以帮助新经理有效地促进组织内的变革管理和问题解决。


This training is dedicated to helping new managers understand and practice the core tools and methods of innovative meetings, with a focus on how to proactively apply these tools in their work to improve meeting efficiency, stimulate team creativity, and achieve continuous business improvement.

This training is one module of the certified course of Carnegie. Every trainee will receive the certificate signed by DUSA and Carnegie after the training. With this certificate, you can have training fee reduction by RMB 1,000 if you take other Carnegie courses. | 本课程是卡内基认证课程的一个模块。在培训结束后,每位学员将获得由DUSA和卡内基签发的培训证书。凭此证书参加卡内基的其他课程可以减免1000元学费。

  • Setting of innovation-oriented meeting goals, and specifying concrete innovative topics 掌握设定以变革为导向的会议目标,并明确具体的创新议题
  • Learning how to actively identify and invite key stakeholders, creating an environment that promotes innovative thinking 学习如何积极识别并邀请关键利益相关者,创建一个促进创新思维的环境
  • Understanding and using change management tools to develop meeting agendas, ensuring meeting motivation and participation理解并运用变革管理工具来制定会议议程,确保开会动力和参与度
