Dear Valued Members and Friends of DUSA,

At the 16th DUSA Annual General Meeting that was held at Hyatt Hotel Suzhou on April 2, 2019, members of the DUSA European Association Suzhou elected the new Board of Directors and voted to pass AOA amendments.

Appreciation of BoD Tenure 2017-2019

DUSA would like to take this opportunity to thank the Board of Directors Tenure 2017-2019 with special thanks goes to Mr. Thomas Anton and Mr. Jan Walter, for the great job that they had done to get DUSA running smoothly in the Tenure, their experience and knowledge enriched our work and benefited our members. We extend our thanks to them and hope to continue counting on their cooperation in, and presence at future events.

AoA Amendments

DUSA Board made two following proposals:

Both above mentioned proposals were passed by eligible voters that presented at the meeting. ( max. 3 votes of each DUSA member company that renewed membership 2019).

Meanwhile, the proposal to reserve 300,000 RMB into a separate account was passed at the meeting.
