Amid economic uncertainty and the threat of recession, there's never been a more important time to be informed on the changing economy and business of the Greater Suzhou/Jiangsu region as we begin forecasting and planning for 2024.

Continuing from the huge success of the 2022 DUSA Salary Survey, DUSA European Association Suzhou (DUSA)Advantage Austria (WKO)China-Italian Chamber of Commerce (CCIC)The Swiss Chinese Chamber of Commerce (SwissCham), the Taicang Round-Table (TCRT)Wuxi International Chamber of Commerce (WuxiCham), and Acclime China are delighted to present the upcoming 2023 DUSA Salary and Business Sentiment Survey.

继2022年DUSA薪酬调查取得巨大成功之后,苏州欧洲商会(DUSA)奥地利商会 (WKO)中国意大利商会(CCIC)中国瑞士商会(SwissCham)太仓欧商会(Taicang TRT)无锡国际工商会 (WuxiCham)凯普中国很高兴推出2023年DUSA薪酬和商业信心调查。


Drawing upon the largest partner network to date with over 500 participating companies, this year's survey is seeking to expand its focus into the broader business sentiment of the Greater Suzhou/Jiangsu region, while also allowing for a contract with previous years' HR trends.

借助迄今为止最大的合作伙伴网络,超过500家会员公司参与了今年的调研。本次调研的内容不仅包括之前一直涵盖的人力资源趋势,还将调研重点扩展到大苏州/江苏地区更广泛的商业信心。


Please note: The information you submit through the survey will be used only by DUSA and salary survey partners to collate the survey results. Your and your company's information will remain strictly confidential, will not be disseminated to third parties nor will it be used in any marketing.

The Benefits of Participating in the Survey

Participating companies will

  • receive an early copy of the survey, as well as
  • invitations to the HR & Business Sentiment Report Presentation Event, hosted by DUSA on November 29th.
  • Similarly, senior executives of participating firms will be invited to join the follow-up DUSA event, where DUSA and the Acclime Group will deconstruct the survey to assist senior management in forecasting and analysing key trends.

Deadline of the Survey

The Survey is scheduled to go live on October 19th and will remain open to submissions until November 18th.
