Coaching is a high-impact way to ignite people's potential and foster their success. In this half-day training, you will learn:

  • 1 Coaching Process with the GROW model as an example;
  • 2 key guiding principles with respective attitudes for coaching;
  • 2 core coaching skills – Powerful Questions & Active Listening;
  • 2 main Application Scenarios for People Management - Developmental Dialog, Appraisal Dialog.

 

This training will include a mixture of knowledge sharing, real case role-pay and facilitated discussion as well as follow-ups to maximize your learning effectiveness. At the end of the training, all participants will have acquired basic level coaching skills & tool-kit to conduct developmental conversation with employees.
