Mr. Zhang Zhengchun serves as a consultant and trainer for GAMI, with over 20 years of rich ractical work experience ranging from financial management, personnel management to corporate overnance and digitalization transformation consulting implementation. With years of practical experience and cross-disciplinary continuous learning capabilities, Mr. Zhang is able to bring value-added services to enterprises from a systemic perspective and in multiple aspects.
张正春先生作为GAMI的顾问培训师，拥有超过20年的丰富工作实践经验，从财务管理，人事管理，公司治理到数字化转型咨询实施。多年的实践经验和跨学科持续学习能力，张正春先生能够从系统的角度，从多个方面为企业带来价值增值服务。
From 2001 to 2005, Mr. Zhang studied at China University of Mining and Technology, where he earned a dual bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Computer Science and Technology. He has also passed the highest level of the National Computer Level Examination, Level 4, and has 3 months of full-time practical experience as an ERP development engineer. From 2009 to 2012, he pursued a part-time Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Soochow University. From 2013 to 2014, he attended the Shanghai National Accounting Institute for a training course for CFO Qualification and successfully completed it. From 2018 to 2021, he studied at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology’s Technology Business School in Germany, where he successfully graduated with a Master’s degree in Big Data Financial Engineering. Since 2024, Mr. Zhang has continued his studies towards a Ph.D. in Production Systems and Global Production Strategy.
他于2001年至2005年就读于中国矿业大学，获得会计学和计算机科学与技术双学士学位。他还通过了全国计算机水平等级考试的最高级别4级，并拥有3个月全职的ERP开发工程师实践经验。2009年至2012年在苏州大学在职攻读工商管理硕士学位MBA。2013年至2014年，他前往上海国家会计学院进修财务总监任职资格班培训课程，并顺利结业。2018年至2021年赴德国卡尔斯鲁厄理工学院科技商学院攻读硕士课程，顺利毕业并获得大数据金融工程理学硕士学位。自2024年开始，张先生继续攻读生产系统和全球化生产战略方向的博士学位。
Mr. Zhang Zhengchun has a multidisciplinary educational background and a solid theoretical foundation and practical experience in areas such as financial management, internal control systems, strategic management, human resource development, digitalization, and artificial intelligence.
张正春先生拥有多学科教育背景，在财务管理、内控体系、战略管理、人力资源开发、数字化及人工智能等领域有扎实的理论基础和实践经验。
Currently, the courses he teaches include: Cost Management in the Context of Sustainable Development, Introduction to Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence, and Information Value Stream Mapping for Digital Project Implementation.
