  1. 5B Talent Strategy:Starting from the corporate strategy, diagnose the talent needs within the organization and formulate corresponding talent supply strategies. Find systematic solutions between buying from external sources and building internally and supplemented by other potential approaches. |5B人才策略结合企业的战略目标,诊断组织内人才需求,并制定相应的人才供应策略, 在外部获取人才与内部打造人才之间找到系统方案,并辅以其他方案补充。
  2. Competency Model: As a benchmark for defining and assessing the key capabilities and behavioral characteristics required for employee success in specific positions, the competency model serves as a fundamental framework for "assessment, selection, development, and retention."
