The Future of Operations and Supply Chain Management

The role of the OM/SCM professional is evolving from a technical expert to a strategic leader. The skills that got you here won't get you there. The pathway from COO to CEO is now a reality, but it demands a new blend of technological fluency and human-centric leadership.

In this seminar we will explore the mega trends that will reshape the realm of Operations and Supply Chain Management in the future. But knowing the trends isn't enough - you need to know how to adapt.

Therefore, this seminar goes beyond the "what" to reveal the "so what." We detail the specific impacts of these trends on daily operations and, most critically, outline the essential skill sets you need to master to not just survive, but thrive.

In sum, this isn't just theory - it's your strategic playbook. Understanding these shifts is the key to driving value in your organization, mitigating future risks, and accelerating your own career in an uncertain world. The future of operations is here. Are you ready to lead it?
