Mr. Cheng has over 20 years of experience in human resources development, entrepreneurship, and corporate management. He previously served as the Director of Learning and Leadership Development for Greater China at Agilent Technologies, the Asia Pacific Director of Talent Management at Eastman, and the CEO of Weide Human Resources Consulting, among other roles. Additionally, Mr. Cheng has worked for other multinational corporations such as Shell and BP and has several years of professional experience in North America.
