Tolerance Design in Product R&D | 产品研发中的公差设计

Tolerance design is also known as product accuracy design. The reasonableness of the accuracy design directly affects whether the product can be assembled smoothly and whether the quality performance requirements of the product can be achieved. This training will take you through how to avoid the error of traditional tolerance design and how to scientifically design systematic tolerances to optimize the overall cost of a part by combining the manufacturing process capabilities of the supplier on the basis of meeting the overall product tolerances. | 公差设计也称为产品的精度设计,精度设计的合理性直接影响产品能否顺利的装配,以及能否达到产品的质量性能要求。如何避免传统公差设计的错误,如何科学设计系统公差,在满足产品整体公差的基础上,结合供应商的制造工艺能力,从而优化零件的整体成本。本次培训将带你了解:
