This is the last call of DUSA May Roundtable "General Incentives and Preferential Policies for SMEs in Suzhou Area" which will be held on May 20th, 2021.
Government has launched a series of incentives and preferential policies to promote industrial revitalization, encourage the establishment of regional headquarters and R&D centers by Multinational Corporations (MNCs) and boost the technology development. Many companies are closely monitoring the detailed requirement and scope of application.
For SMEs in Suzhou area, which incentive policies can we enjoy and how can we apply for these subsidies? Ms. Kelly Guan, tax partner from Deloitte China will introduce the government incentives with the following areas:
· High and new technology enterprise
· Regional headquarter
· R&D center
· Equipment's development and upgrade
At the same time, Mr. Julien Boussu, Financial Controller of Knorr-Bremse Systems for Rail Vehicles (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. will share their experience and best practices in the general incentives and preferential policies application.
This is a hybrid event which will be held offline and offer online live broadcast at the same time.

Tax Partner at Deloitte ChinaKelly is tax partner from Deloitte China. She has over 19 years of experience in the tax and accounting profession. She is China corporate tax compliance leader who has experience of compliance work for various multinational companies.
Kelly has extensive experience advising multinational companies investing in Suzhou and surrounding area, include tax planning & consulting and Customs related advisory, etc. The main industries are: life science and health care, TMT, manufacture, etc.
Kelly was invited as the speaker to share hot tax topics in lots of seminars in the past. Kelly also acted as the member of judging panel in Deloitte Tax Championship.
Kelly has been seconded to Deloitte Brussels office in Belgium for the short period. Kelly is a Member of Charted Professional Accountants of Canada.
