Regional CEO of SYNTAX AsiaMr. Reto Bless is Syntax Asia’s Regional CEO. He started his career at Swiss Railways, where he eventually became Head of IT Operations. In 2001, Reto started working for T-Systems, a part of the Deutsche Telekom group. There he set up a global standardized service desk that encompassed 23 countries. In 2013, he left T-Systems as Vice President of International Service Desk and moved to Shanghai to become Regional CEO of Syntax Asia, a global provider of IT solutions, simplified.
Mr. Reto Bless holds an Executive MBA in Management in Technology from the University of Friibourg (Switzerland)

CTO at Supply Chain Data Solutions Co., Ltd.Prof. Heng ZHANG got his BS in Applied Mathematics from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, MS in Management Science and Engineering from University of Pennsylvania, and
PhD in Operations Management from University of Southern California.
Prof.Heng ZHANG is an assistant professor in the Supply Chain Management Department, at Arizona State University, W.P. Carey School of Business. His research interests include revenue management, marketing analytics, and supply chain management, with a focus in the role of big data analytics and data-driven optimization.
In the past, he also worked as a research scientist at Amazon.com in Seattle, during which time he worked on large-scale machine learning problems that aim at facilitating the understanding and service of third-party sellers at Amazon.com.
