This is the last call of DUSA workshop "Benchmark Manufacturing Company Efficiency" on December 12.
For long term survival of a company a sustainable competitive advantage has to be maintained. Competitive advantage is normally made by developing new products and services that delight and satisfy the customers, and in view of increasing intensive global competition, it can also be made by restructure and improving business process to get better quality and cost reduction by adding value.
How can you pinpoint resources and sharpen operational capabilities in a way that enables you to set the pace in a fast-evolving marketplace? DUSA invites three speakers: Mr. Joseph Chan, Mr. Andreas Krahmer, and Mr. Volker Michels from three different aspects: Human and organizational development, operational strategy, and lean production and lead time to share their expertises and experiences. By inviting you to join the workshop, we would appreciate if you would also like to share stories that you heard and projects that you implemented in order to improve company efficiency.
