The training course covers the fundamental knowledge, terminology and processes of effective project management. It was designed based on the frame work from Tongji University IE professional course "project management", and adjusted according to manufacturing project management practice. | 本课程以同济大学工业工程专业项目管理专业课为蓝本，结合制造业项目管理实践进行微调与深耕，课程内容涵盖有效项目管理的基本知识、术语和流程。
It will help trainees to generally understand one-time-use and unique PM principles, methods and technologies. After training, participants need to practice in daily work to transform knowledge into capabilities. | 目的是增加学员在项目管理方面的基本知识和技能，使学员能够在已经掌握了日常运营管理方法的基础上，对一次性、独特性项目的管理原理，方法和技术具有通识性了解。学员在培训后，需在日常工作中大量实践才能将知识转化成能力。

2. Classic 5 stages in Project Management | 经典项目管理5阶段
- Starting: main project work and how to proceed, e.g. project target, scope, core members and project organization etc. （Case: internal process optimization projects, construction projects in manufacturing etc.）| 开始阶段：开始阶段主要工作及进程，如项目目标、范围，核心成员及组织结构等（制造业内部流程优化项目、制造业工程项目等案例介绍）；
- Planning: main project work and how to proceed, e.g. work breakdown structure (different WBS case), activities sequence, time and other resource definition (case: the process of defining resource), cost and budget estimation (simplified real case), communication plan (diagram the real case), risk management (plant relocation real case) etc. | 计划阶段：计划阶段主要工作及进程，如工作分解（不同WBS结构实例），活动顺序、时间及其他资源定义（某项目资源定义过程），成本与预算估算（简化版实例），沟通计划（实例图解），风险管理（搬厂项目实例）等；

Dr. Xinyan Zhang
Assistant Professor at Tongji UniversityDr. Zhang, majoring on mechanical design and theory, received her PhD from the School of Port Logistics Engineering, Wuhan University of Technology in 2002.
Currently she works at the Institute of Industrial Engineering, School of Mechanical and Energy Engineering, Tongji University. Her main research direction is planning and design of discrete manufacturing systems, covering fields including but not limited to planning and design of production and logistic systems, simulation and optimization of production process in manufacturing systems, application of digital twin technology in intelligent manufacturing systems, etc.
Dr. Zhang has participated in 4 government-funded projects and presided over or participated in more than 10 industrial projects. More than 10 papers were published in domestic and foreign journals.
In terms of services for companies, Dr. Zhang used to be a senior consultant of Diou Logistics (a branch of Fraunhofer IML in China), having directed the planning of Laiyifen logistic center, the planning scheme and intelligent simulation analysis of many automated tobacco distribution centers, etc.
