This is the last call of DUSA training "Improve the Maturity of Your Manufacturing Process to Six Sigma" on July 9, 2020. This is a hybrid event which will be held at GAMI while providing the online live broadcast on Zoom.
Six Sigma is defined as a method that provides tools to improve business process capabilities. When to apply Six Sigma?
- Process inputs are variable: suppliers, raw material and capabilities.
- Process outcomes are not predictable: purity, specs and timing.
- Creating new product or process (inventing)
- Quality of internal and/or external products is suspect.
Through this course, you may learn how to use Six Sigma logic and tools to solve problem systematically. You will be able to identify and remove the root causes of defects and minimize variability in manufacturing and business processes by DMAIC. It will be helpful to improve product quality and customers' satisfaction.
六西格玛是一种方法论，运用工具来改善业务流程能力。何时使用六西格玛呢？
- 过程输入不稳定：供应商、原材料、能力；
- 过程结果不可预测：纯度、规格、时间；
- 正在开发新产品或工艺发明；
- 内部或外部的产品质量问题。
本次六西格玛培训课程将帮助您：理解六西格玛系统解决问题的逻辑以及熟悉常用的六西格玛工具。您可通过DMAIC识别和消除缺陷出现的根本原因，并尽量减少在生产和业务流程上的波动，从而提升产品质量并增强客户满意度。

Registration and payment
Please kindly note that the tickets of the offline event and the online event are different. Please choose the correct ticket during registration. An e-mail with Zoom meeting ID will be sent to all online participants after you registered and paid. Please ensure your e-mail address is valid, and try also to check your junk mail just in case.
For DUSA training, the e-invoice (general VAT invoices) will be provided one week after the event. Special VAT invoices can be issued when the training registration fee is not less than RMB 1,000. Please make additional application to service team for special VAT invoices. Thank you for your understanding.

Senior consultant and trainer at GAMI
Ms. Guo Mengchao is a senior consultant and trainer focusing on the field of Six Sigma and quality management from GAMI. She got the Master degree in Shandong University. She is the cooperative trainer of Bosch Engineering College and won the TPV Excellent Internal trainer for 5 consecutive years. Ms. Guo is Six Sigma Black Belt of China Quality Association and auditor of ISO9001 /ISO14001 /ISO13485 and ISO13053. She also has nearly ten years of manufacturing training experience.
