In many companies, young people are taking on an increasingly important role in the workplace: post 90's staffs maybe are not yet at manager level, but they are growing; post 00's staffs are entering companies to join as junior team members. These post 90's and 00's generations are different like 80's/70's. Quite lot of reports and discussions have been addressed in the past few years about how to lead, manage and motivate these young talents after they enter companies. Overall seems very challenging for most of companies.
