Disrupting the global economy and severely affecting many facets of life in business, the pandemic has accelerated technological and organisational trends, which now set the pattern for recovery.

 

The COVID-19 period has emphasized to companies internationally the importance of managing the VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity and Ambiguity). As such, many business and industry leaders are considering how to strengthen their companies' ability to manage risk, increase corporate responsiveness and leverage the right tools to succeed in the post-pandemic era.

 

Illuminating some of these challenges, opportunities and adaptational strategies, we are delighted to invite Mr. Marshall Chen, partner of Fiducia Strategy Advisory, to share his outlook on the post-pandemic economy of China, specifically with regards to foreign SMEs in China.

 

Marshall will cover the following topics:

In 2016 and 2017, the two product workshops were successively selected as Jiangsu Province "intelligent manufacturing" demonstration workshops. In 2018, the electrification, automation and digital Exhibition center was completed in the company, which is the first factory-based customer-oriented product exhibition center of Siemens in China. In the same year, Siemens Digital Experience Center opened to the public, which was the second digital experience center for the future of industry of Siemens in Asia Pacific region, and received nearly 1,000 customers and groups. Starting from October 1, 2021, Siemens Suzhou Electrical Appliances Co., Ltd. upgraded to the headquarters of Siemens Electrical Products China, the launching ceremony of Siemens Electrical Products China & East Asia Headquarters and Signing Ceremony of strategic collaboration was held on Jul. 5th, 2022， further comprehensively carrying out all core businesses including business development, product management, digital innovation center, R&D and manufacturing, and exporting products to more than 20 countries and regions around the world.
