Commercial Sand Table Simulation: Beer Game | 商业沙盘模拟篇:啤酒游戏

Beer Game is a strategy game developed by the Sloan School of Management at MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology, QS World University Rankings). Although it has been more than half a century so far, its classic level is up to now. When it comes to "production and sales chain", "bullwhip effect", and "system thinking", the "beer game" must be mentioned first. . The game is carried out in a production and marketing simulation system for the production and distribution of a single brand of beer. The students participating in the game each play a different role, and the goal is to keep the inventory to a minimum and delivery on time. | 啤酒游戏(Beer Game),是MIT(美国麻省理工学院,Massachusetts Institute of Technology,位列QS世界大学排名第一) 的 Sloan 管理学院所发展出来的一种策略游戏。虽然至今为止已经有半个多世纪了,但是它的经典程度是到现在为止,但凡讲到"产销链"、"牛鞭效应"、"系统思考",一定首先就会提到"啤酒游戏"。该游戏是生产与配销单一品牌啤酒的产销模拟系统中进行的。参加游戏的学员各自扮演不同的角色,目标都是:库存保持最低,且不欠货。
