 Object dimension: Am I speaking within the other person's decision-making logic?

• 场景维度:这是一场需要做什么决定的对话?

  Scenario dimension: What kind of decision needs to be made in this conversation?

C_Life创始人Laurence博士曾经是多家外企担任80%典型职能部门的高管(包括HRD, BU GM),同时也是高管教练和组织发展顾问及HR领域人工智能产品架构师。

Dr. Laurence, Founder of C_Life, previously served as an executive overseeing 80% of core corporate functions at multinational companies – including HR Director and Business Unit GM. He also brings expertise as an executive coach, organizational development consultant, and AI product architect in the HR field.

Jeff Zhang

Production Supervisor at Ondal


跨行业服务过半导体、汽车制品、医疗包装行业,主要从事生产管理和品检管理工作。

With cross-industry experience serving the semiconductor, automotive products, and medical packaging industries, primarily engaged in production management and quality inspection management.


目前就职于欧达尔公司已接近十年,公司主要经营医疗悬挂系统,本人负责生产制造、EHS、设备和厂务设施管理。目前将挑战新的职能:物流仓储管理。

Currently work at Ondal Medical Systems (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. for nearly ten years, the company mainly operates in medical suspension systems, where he is responsible for production manufacturing, EHS, equipment, and plant facility management. Now taking on the challenge of a new function: logistics and warehouse management.
