Topic: Enhancing Agility of Managing Employees in the VUCA World.

 主题：VUCA环境下员工的"敏捷"管理

The concept of agility emerged in light of the fast changes that seem to be as dramatic as the industrial and cultural revolutions in history. Extraordinary technological change induced changes in economics, political and social context globally. Adding to changes brought by human world evolution, environment change further brings uncertainty such as the global outbreak of COVID-19. Over the past few months, it has created profound impact on business world globally. We witnessed rise and fall of companies and industries, business closure and new business creation, and disruption of workforce. Whilst China is in its recovery from the virus impact, we cannot ignore the damage that needs repairing is multi-folds. This is also felt by managers and employees and hence traditional workforce structure and people management face challenges more than ever. Where there are changes and disruptions, there are opportunities and breakthrough. Therefore, this programme is designed to help senior managers to develop an agile working philosophy that enables strategic planning and (re)structuring of workforce to steer changes. The programme will introduce agile practices to shape workforce in fulfilling business strategic needs despite of (unexpected) changes. Sessions are highly interactive using blended delivery (mixed of on-line and on-site sessions). Key content of this programme adapts the concept developed by Agile Future Forum in the UK.

Topic: Quantitative Methods for Managerial Decisions

The aim of this programme is to help participants understand, apply and evaluate which quantitative tools apply to decision making in an appropriate manner within the work context. Participants learn the concepts and theories relevant to decision-making by individuals and groups. The programme also considers cognitive techniques for stimulating creativity, innovation and problem-solving.

Target Participants

The programme is designed for people who are decision makers and therefore it fits the job of all level of managers who are involved in the process of taking decisions to allocate resources, plan the activities and/or decide how to approach the market.
