We are delighted to introduce the In-company Consultancy Project from DUSA Annual Partner, IBSS, XJTLU.
Introduction
In order to proactively serve the needs of local businesses, and to act as a bridge between industry and academia, IBSS launched the In-Company Consultancy Project in 2018. Today, this successful programme has become an important part of the school's Masters programmes. The project offers business partners a high-level group consulting initiative undertaken by selected first-class IBSS Master students.
Supervised by IBSS senior faculty and executive mentors from the partner companies, participating students work in groups to help companies address strategic challenges. After receiving a customized project outline from the companies, specifically addressing key issues of concern for the partner company, students develop innovative, effective and practical solutions. Possible topics include: internationalisation strategies, market research and analysis, product line optimization, effective digitization, and more.
The IBSS In-Company Consultancy Project allows partner companies to receive high-quality business consultancy services, as well as introducing partner companies to our 'best in class' selected students as possible future hires.
