Many companies use psychometric, behavioural and personality tests to help them make decisions, develop employees and build high-performing teams. There is a wealth of tests to choose from, so how do you decide? What will be the right one(s) that will help you achieve your objectives? | 许多企业用心理测评、行为和个性测试来帮助他们做出决策、培养员工和建立高绩效团队。有大量的测试可供选择,那么您该如何决定呢?哪些才能够帮助你达到企业目标?

 

From SMEs to multinationals, many organisations use testing of some sort (whether aptitude, suitability, psychometric or behavioural) to help manage, develop, engage, and make decisions about, individuals within their organisation. | 从中小企业到跨国公司,许多组织使用某种形式的测试(无论是能力、适合性、心理测评还是行为测试)来帮助管理、发展、吸引组织内的个人,并做出决策。

 

The benefits of introducing assessments into the workplace (whether for recruitment, or for ongoing employee and team development) include: | 将测评引入工作场所的好处(无论是对招聘,还是发展中的员工和团队)包括:

However, to make sure that assessments work, you will firstly need to decide exactly what you, or your organisation, hope to gain from the assessment(s). | 但是如果您想从测评工具中得到成效,你得首先确定你或你的组织到底希望从测试中获得什么。

If you register for an event but can't attend, please do let us know in advance. If you cancel 1 day before the event, there will be NO cancellation fee. DUSA will charge 100% of the registration fee for cancellation within 24 hours.
