Topic: Business Model Canvas for SMEs Strategy Set-up

Mr. Xin GAO did the strategy surveys to about 30 SMEs in Suzhou, Shanghai area using the Business Model Canvas in April. This presentation will systematically study the business development strategies of entering the new market, stand on the point of view of SMEs which are limited with resource, investment and information, such companies are highly importance in the technology and application in their niche market. The leadership strategy stands on the cross-culture communication, global organization development as well as talent management in China market for European SMEs. As a practical value, the presentation will reveal the difference of European and Chinese SMEs business leader's management style. This knowledge could be used in practice to increase the competitiveness of them become the international player.
