As the 2nd session to build upon the skills learned in last year's coaching training for managers, the participants will deepen and reinforce their skills by further learning.

 

Coaching is a high-impact approach to ignite people's potential and foster their success. In this half-day training, you will learn:

  • 1 Core Coaching Skill – Dance in the Moment
  • 1 Key Coaching Principle – Evoke Transformation
  • 2 Coaching Models - LEARN & STEFI original models developed by the workshop coach  
  • Reinforce skills required for the 2 main Application Scenarios for People Management - Developmental Dialog & Performance Appraisal Dialog


The following are the main dimensions on which the training design is based: 

1.     Partnering for growth: The coach fosters a collaborative relationship where the coachee is the expert on their own life. The coach creates a safe space for exploration, curiosity, and self-discovery. This partnership acts as a fertile ground for blossoming transformation.

2.     Focus on the present moment: The coach helps the coachee become aware of her/his body sensations, emotions, and thoughts in the present moment. The coach also guides the coachee to connect with her/ his breathing and physical experiences, and to encourage spontaneity and improvisation based on the current feeling.

3.     Intrinsic motivation: Evoking transformation doesn't rely on external motivators or force. Instead, the coach helps the coachee tap into her/ his intrinsic desires and aspirations. The coachee uncovers what truly matters to her/ him, aligning her/ his goals with her/ his authentic values and purpose. This inner fire fuels transformative action.

4.     Embracing the unknown: Transformation often involves stepping into the unknown and embracing uncertainty. The coach acts as a supportive guide, encouraging the coachee to navigate challenges with courage and resilience. They celebrate together taking risks and experimentation as opportunities for growth and learning.

 

This training will include a mixture of knowledge sharing, real case role-pay and facilitated discussion as well as follow-ups to maximize your learning effectiveness. At the end of the workshop, all participants will have acquired a wider scope of basic level coaching skills & tool-kit to conduct developmental or performance appraisal conversation with employees.

  • 2个教练辅导的原创模型:LEARN 及 STEFI
  • 强化2种常见的管理场景的教练式对话 – 员工发展与绩效评估

 

基于以下主要维度,我们设计本次学习要点:

 

  1.  共同成长: 教练跟被辅导者一起培养一种协作关系,被辅导者才是他们自己生活方面的专家。 教练创造一个安全的空间,用于探索、好奇和自我发现。这种协作关系为转变的绽放提供了肥沃的土地。
  2. 与当下共舞:帮助学员觉察他们在当下的身体感觉、情绪和想法。 引导他们连结呼吸和身体体验,鼓励根据当下的感受即兴发挥与联想启发等。
  3. 内在动机: 唤起转变不依赖于外部激励因素或强制手段。 相反,教练帮助被辅导者挖掘他们内在的欲望和抱负。 他们发现真正对他们重要的事情,并将他们的目标与他们的真正的价值观和目标保持一致。 这种内在的动力推动着变革行动。
  4. 拥抱未知: 转变通常需要踏入未知并接受不确定性。 教练充当支持性的指导者,鼓励被辅导者以勇气和韧性应对挑战。 他们共同庆祝因为通过承担一些风险、偶尔直接给予建议、有时也会挑战对方等行为所产出的成长和学习的机会。

 

本次培训将以有知识要点又有现场练习与反馈的方式进行,加之组内讨论等高参与式的教学方式,且讲师团队愿意课后与学员进行跟进作答来最大化大家的学习效果。 所有参与学员将掌握开展员工对话的扩大覆盖面的基本技能与实用工具。 


去年第一部分没有参加的学员也可以报名,本次培训在最前面将会安排基础技能的回顾。
