The young talents are often confused at work: although I tick all the right boxes in terms of qualifications, have willingness to accept new tasks assigned by the supervisors and may have a winning personality too, why do the supervisors sometimes ignore my advantages?

What, then, can I do to stand out at work? How can I show that I are prepared to go the extra mile?

Certainly, there are countless reasons to want to stand out from the crowd at work. Some people want to be promoted to a people management position. For others, it feeds their sense of purpose on the job and gives them a reason to work hard every day.
