DUSA Event: "The Dialogue between Experienced Professional and Young Talents" was successfully held on July 27th with the event commencing by 14:00. Around 50 people from DUSA member companies attended this event. It was such a glam having experienced professionals dialogue with young talents which also included trainees and just graduated students from different sectors. Both executives and young talents felt like they were one big family having a space to really raptor behind the confines of official duties and operations.

The event was graced by two speakers: Mr. Oliver Buergstein, CEO Asia, Member of the Board at ruhlamat Automation Technologies Suzhou Co., Ltd., 

Mr. Xiaowei Niu, General Manager at Reitz Fans, Suzhou Co., Ltd. 

and anchored by Mr. Oscar Wu, Board of Director of DUSA and CEO of Ondal Medical Systems, Suzhou, Co., Ltd. wherein the former enlightened young talents on making the right job decision; becoming a high potential employee and how to stand out. And the latter discussed necessary core competence for every candidate, what personal success entails in a company and in personal life. He further delved into clarifying the dilemma of youths in self-development and employee development.

As we were all in expectation of the sharing session which commenced right after the speakers' discussion. Young talents were able to question both speakers and other available experienced professional about the nuances of transiting into a company; varying perspective of 90's/00's staffs and 70/80's staff; climbing up corporate ladder; getting accustomed to company culture; the desires young talents look for in their leaders. 

The event ended with every individual present showing their interest by also giving feedbacks and expressing their desire to participate in more opportunities like this in the nearest future. DUSA also plan to arrange this event to be one of the DUSA reoccurring events and organize it on regular basis
