Dear DUSA Members and Friends,
In the name of the DUSA Board and Service Team, we sadly have to inform you, that our DUSA Business Manager Alicia Chen, will leave the DUSA Service team after serving for 2 years with effect of June 30th. Alicia and her family have decided to move to Europe for time being.

Alicia Chen, DUSA Business Manager:
"After two years at DUSA, time has come for me to say good bye. What an amazing experience it has been, I have learned so much over the last two years, whether from our member's community, sharing their knowledge and experiences, or from organizing DUSA's social events and activities. A perfect mix of challenge and fun, under the great leadership of DUSA's board members. I would like to deeply thank all of the board members, for their support, their guidance, and their commitment to uphold DUSA's core values all those years. I would like as well to thank my friend and colleague Maggie Chen and Rebecca Wu, who taught me and helped me so much. we had great communication and cooperation and aimed to provide better services for members."
Florian Weihard, DUSA Chairman:
"Sometimes luck is critical factor for success. We as DUSA were very lucky back in 2020 to find Alicia and have her joining our DUSA Service Team. Together with Maggie and Rebecca they have form a perfect team, serving our members very productively and positively. Together, they have developed new formats like the DUSA Sports Circle or the co-organization of the Controlling Forum, brought fresh wind to formats like the Social Gathering and the Octoberfest as well as restarting The Football tournament after years pausing. As a result, DUSA could master the COVID crisis well while even growing the number of participations in our formats by well over 200% during this time. In the name of the whole Board, I want to sincerely thank Alicia for the fantastic engagement over the past two years and wish a very successful and happy future in Europe."
Julien Boussu, DUSA Director and GM:
"It is always sad to have a team colleague and friend leaving the team. However, we are already working on filling the open position fast, to be able to keep serving our members well over the next months. We are very positive to be able to find a new Business Manager fast again forming a perfect Service Team together with Maggie and Rebecca. We are looking forward to the upcoming interviews."
Best regards,
DUSA Board and Service Team
