Dear Valued Members and Friends of DUSA,
DUSA 2021 Annual General Meeting was held at Hyatt Hotel Suzhou on March 18th, 2021. Around 60 members of the DUSA European Association Suzhou attended this event. DUSA Board members presented the DUSA annual report in 2020. Ms. Donna Deng reported the DUSA financial status and the budget in 2021. All participants raised their hands to approve the annual report and financial budget.
In the meeting, DUSA board of directors for the tenure 2019 -2021 were exonerated. The participants applauded for their contribution to DUSA during their tenure.
DUSA would like to take this opportunity to thank Ms. Donna Deng, Mr. c.j. Ng and Mr. Nan Zhang for their great job to get DUSA running smoothly during 2019 to 2021, their experience and knowledge enriched our work and benefited our members.
At this year's meeting, there was New Board Election. 54 member companies casted 116 valid ballots by email and on-site. Six nominees were elected to the DUSA Board for a term which will commence in March 2021 and expiring in March 2023.
