Many of us have experienced the frustration of meetings that go off-track, dominated by a few voices, or that conclude with no clear decisions or actions. This training, "Facilitation Skill Set at Workplaces: Leading Collaborative Outcomes with Collective Group Wisdom," is designed to transform that experience.

This training integrates core facilitation competencies—including the ORID method, effective questioning, divergence and convergence, and group dynamics—all centered on the key theme of "How to Facilitate an Effective Meeting." You will learn how to create a psychologically safe environment, design processes that stimulate creativity, and skillfully navigate disagreements to build consensus. Join us to develop the skills needed to become a leader who unlocks the full potential of every team.
