The core idea of this course is: AI is not here to replace you, but to turn your SOPs into tools. The course does not discuss abstract theory. It focuses only on practical workplace scenarios and productivity improvement. Starting from cognitive alignment in the Agent era, it systematically covers the agent landscape, Skill capability packaging, Workbuddy desktop Agent practice, and the methodology for turning SOPs into tools, helping learners master a new AI-era work methodology from awareness to decomposition to tooling.
