Announcement of DUSA Secretary
Dear Valued Members and Friends of DUSA,
We gladly announce that Ms. Lya Chen who joins us as DUSA Secretary on February 5th, 2025.
Lya graduated from Anhui Broadcasting Movie and Television College, Major in Journalism.
She has more than 10 years' experience in customer service and over 6 years at team management level in a diversity of industries in global corporations. Her past work experience will help her to have the capacity on cross culture communication and member service.
In her spare time, Lya loves traveling, indoor and outdoor activities such as dancing and hiking.
As the "DUSA Secretary", Ms. Lya Chen will be responsible for
- driving and initiating business events according to general guidance setup by the DUSA BoD, and operating all details like event campaign, events reception handling and events follow up etc.
- working with BoD members to organize some annual events, such as Annual General Meeting, HR Day, Salary Survey, Controlling Forum and Badminton Tournament.
- working with BoD members to coordinate with DUSA Circles and organize the Circle events.
- maintaining DUSA membership information.
- driving activities for renewal of membership.
- taking role as DUSA Service Team Helpdesk.
- arranging DUSA internal meetings and preparing the meeting minutes.
- proactively keeping good relationship with DUSA members for collecting service ideas and feedback of biz events, preparing initiatives for DUSA BoD.
- DUSA administration work with other team members.
- maintaining, managing and renewing the EventBank system and DUSA official website.
