On April 21st, 2023, DUSA member company: RADICI Plastics (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. inaugurated its new factory in the Suzhou Xiangcheng District. It is a "green factory" covering a total area of 36,000 square metres, built with environmental awareness and in compliance with sustainability standards. During the Roundtable, you will have the opportunity to go on a tour of the new plant, learn about how industrial buildings are designed and managed in order to achieve outstanding results within clearly defined budgets and timelines, and gain insight into the sustainable manufacturing. Our speakers will be on hand to answer any of your questions.
This is a joint Roundtable which is organized by DUSA European Association Suzhou and China Italy Chamber of Commerce (CCIC) and hosted by RADICI Plastics (Suzhou) Co., Ltd.

After 2 working experiences in different companies (the second one for the Swedish Group ASSA ABLOY), I joined Radici Group in 2015 first as Operation Manager in Suzhou plant and starting from January 2018 I took the role of Country Manager. I lived in Suzhou 10 of last 11 years.

Having made himself a name in Educational, Industrial and R&D projects, his experience makes him deeply understand the needs of the owner, as well as giving him the tools to implement visionary concepts in leading projects.

From an early age, he actively participated in the development of the family business in Italy through which he was able to develop strong technical knowledge and business skills.
In China from 2016, joined Futurasun in 2022 and co-founded the EPC Division with its offices in Suzhou. Currently holds the General Manager and Business Development position. Stefano Role is to strengthen Futurasun turnkey Photovoltaic rooftops and solar farms business in China.

Asia Business Development Director of TERAO AsiaGaspard, a French engineer in China for almost 10 years, has always been triggered by environmental issues and was looking for technical solutions to create a more sustainable society. As Director of Business Development, he is committed to leading Terao's mission, which is helping mitigate climate change through its expertise in the building sector. The focus is Carbon emissions calculation and reduction, energy efficiency, renewable energy, bioclimatic design, building health and comfort enhancement, and related certification services.

About RADICI Plastics (Suzhou) Co., Ltd.
Radici Plastics Suzhou was founded in 2006 and started its operations in 2007 in the Suzhou Industrial Park. It is part of the High Performance Polymers Division of Radici Group, an Italian multinational group active in 3 main Business units: Chemical Intermediates, High Performance Polymers and Synthetic Fibers. The company moved in 2011 to a new location always in SIP and recently it has inaugurated a new modern factory in the Suxiang Cooperation Zone between Xiangcheng and SIP. Radici Plastics Suzhou produces high performance polymer materials which are widely used in applications for Automotive, E/E, Appliances and Consumer Goods. The company has currently 120 employees and covers with its sales activities China and the South-East Asia markets.
