Talent acquisition is the process of finding, identifying, and selecting qualified candidates for open positions in a company. It is a strategic approach that includes each step of the hiring process, from sourcing to onboarding. The talent acquisition team is responsible for identifying, acquiring, assessing, and hiring candidates to fill open positions within a company. Talent acquisition is important for employee retention, especially for specialized roles that are more difficult to fill, like executive and technical jobs.

人才获取是为公司的空缺职位寻找、识别和选择合格候选人的过程。这是一种战略方法,包括招聘过程的每一步,从人才搜寻到入职。人才招募团队负责识别、获取、评估和雇用候选人来填补公司内的空缺职位。人才获取对于留住员工非常重要,尤其是对于高管和技术岗位等更难填补的专业职位。


In today's competitive job market, talent acquisition has become one of the biggest challenges for organizations. According to the DUSA Annual Salary Survey 2022, 81% of the participants selected "recruiting qualified employees" as one of their biggest HR challenges. While in-house recruiting managers are just using conventional methods like campus job fairs, recruiting websites and internal referrals to source candidates.

In this course, participants will learn about the best practices and strategies used by successful head-hunters to attract, identify and recruit top talent in their respective industries. The course will cover topics such as candidate profiling, market research, sourcing channels, screening and selection techniques, salary negotiation, and onboarding. We are delighted to invite Mr. Kevin Liu, a former HR Manager in multinational company, who achieved  transaction amount of 1 million RMB in his first year of headhunting industry. He will share his talent acquisition experience as a former inhouse HR Manager and successful head-hunter and give some advices on some common problems in recruitment for inhouse HR.
