How to motive and engage the young professionals in Manufacturing companies
The topic of DUSA June Captain's Dinner will be related to the communication, especially focus on the young generation in manufacturing companies.
Leadership is about unlocking the collective talent and potential in any organization. Coaching and mentoring are increasingly enabling the uncovering of creative solutions to all kinds of problems. Young people aspire to do meaningful work, be part of things, to do a good job and have a positive impact on the world. Organizations recognizing and encouraging these will find this naturally leads to higher engagement and motivation. What kind of leadership is needed to allow this to happen?
Some new revelations about how leadership needs to improve will be presented to generate discussion, but come prepared to actively explore and share ideas on engaging this emerging generation. Those signing up will receive a pre-event questionnaire.

LtdA B.Sc. graduate from Canterbury University in New Zealand, Compton Tothill began his career with ICI in Australia, New Zealand and the UK, and then served in Hong Kong and Taiwan for an Inchcape subsidiary before establishing his own international trade and distribution company in Taipei in 1974.
Acquiring early fluency in Mandarin enabled Compton to deal effectively with cultural differences and build up for his company and its global trading partners a strong management team of Taiwanese, highly skilled in international business practice.
Compton took up a China license in 2001 from Leadership Management Inc, USA (LMI), based in Shanghai to deliver leadership development solutions to multi-national companies in China. He was the top achieving LMI licensee in China for the first 4 years and served 3 years as Sales Director, LMI – China region.
Compton has worked with over 2,000 managers from the China operations of AMD, Celanese, AOSmith, Atlas Copco, BP, KONE, Suofeiya, ThyssenKrupp, Marelli (Fiat Chrysler Group) among others to become more effective leaders and personally coached over 100 senior executives with organizations such as Linde (BOC), Maersk, Astra Zeneca, Schindler.

There is limited 20 seats and the registration is based on "first come, first served" principle.

Cancellation Policy
If you register for an event but can't attend, please do let us know in advance. If you cancel 3 days before the event, there will be NO cancellation fee. DUSA will charge 50% of the registration fee if you cancel within 2 days, and 100% for cancellation within 24 hours.
