Event Details

While most managers are experienced professionals in their respective fields, many will still need to develop business acumen to be able to make holistic decisions about the company. Good judgment of people and business situations is essential to generate overall results for the Business Unit.

Hence this 1-day experiential learning workshop combines business simulations with the realities of getting things done through teams and people. In addition to the The Management Game Simulation provided by Game Solution, participants will also be using the Belbin Team Role concepts to understand how to optimise their team performance.
