While more and more companies are introducing lean manufacturing practice and conducting projects in the fields of industrial 4.0, methods for product costing and controlling also need development and optimization. Compared to traditional relatively crude product costing methods, Activity-Based Costing (ABC) links product costing and production processes more closely and can also be used to better measure the financial impact of optimization projects in the hands of production and lean managers. Thus, how to successfully implement the activity-based costing method has become a topic of interest to more and more companies.


随着企业内部精益生产和工业4.0等方面的项目不断开展,产品成本的测算和管控方法也必须不断地得到发展和优化。相比传统的相对比较粗糙的产品成本测算方法,作业成本法(ABC)把产品成本的测算和生产作业流程更加紧密地联系在一起,也能够用来更好地测量生产和精益经理手中的优化项目的财务效果。如何成功地实施作业成本法,因而也成为了越来越多的企业感兴趣的话题。

Mr. Ken Bian, Controlling leader, Kaercher Cleaning Technology (Changshu) Co., Ltd.


Mr. Ken Bian, MBA master, SAP key user. More than 10 years' working experiences in overall finance functions including treasury, AP, AR, GL, fixed asset, costing and controlling. At the beginning, he worked as the external auditor in a CPA firm, then worked around 10 years in Western manufacturing companies. During the period he handled the regional costing related responsibilities and has strong knowledge in financial planning, cost control and analysis, ABC costing model design, internal control and new project quotation.   


卞荣高先生目前就职于 凯驰清洁技术(常熟)有限公司担任财务分析与控制经理。


卞先生是工商管理硕士,SAP系统超级用户,10余年跨国公司财务工作经验,先后就职于国内知名会计师事务所,欧美传统制造业,分管过欧洲和亚洲区域的成本控制工作,期间全面涉足标准成本模型的建立,财务报表,分析,预算,内控及新产品开发的财务支持。

Dr. Huanghas been working as management consultant and trainer in Germany and China for nearly 25 years. Before he set up his own business in 2003, he had worked for leading international consultancies for many years, such as Roland Berger Strategy Consultants and Horváth & Partners. Dr. Huang is member of International Association of Controllers and the exclusive training partner of CA Controller Akademie in China. CA Controller Akademie is the market leader for controlling and controller training in the German-speaking countries.
