This is the last call of DUSA April Roundtable "Implementing Digital Transformation Projects" on April 11th, 2019.

Digital transformation is a critical challenge for any company today, regardless its industry or size. The question is no longer whether a company should transform, but rather how fast an organization can become more aligned with customer demands and resilient in the fast-moving digital future.

Research shows that many companies struggle with the implementation of digital transformation projects. There are various reasons for that. In his presentation, Florian Zeim will look at the implementation of digital projects and the common pitfalls leading to failure. He will give hands-on advice on how to manage digital transformation projects and its stakeholders more efficiently and successfully.
