This year Blue Marlin has prepared a different charity event compared to the past, it will be a city orienteering with a variety of outdoor challenges.

The 14th Blue Marlin Annual Charity & Music Festival

Suzhou City Orienteering

Get ready to join the Blue Marlin's charity orienteering! Walk, jog, run or by bus/subway ~and be prepared to have fun with our exciting station games as well! It's a great way to explore the unique beauty of Suzhou and a cool bonding experience with your friends/family members.

All of the registration fees for this event will go to the charity fund to support the underprivileged children for obtaining better education.

(Registration should be done as team registration)

Team:   1) Adult team: consists of 5 members, must include at least 1 female member for team

       2) Family team: consist of 5 members, must include at least 1 kid between 6 – 12 years old

Date: 15th Dec. 2018

Time: 9:00 AM

Location: 苏州市工业园区国际科技园 SISPARK

Route: We will have 5-6 routes in total, each team will be assigned a route accordingly

Race check-points: 12 check points

Entry Fee: 1000 RMB/team

Registration Timeline: 1st Nov. 2018 ~ 10th Dec. 2018

09.00 AM: Site Opens / Participants Pick Up Race Packet

09.30 AM: Opening Ceremony / Rules Review

10.00 AM: Race Start!

14.00 PM: Race End

1) Contestants have to sign in to pick their race packet from 9.00 AM until 9.30 AM on 15th Dec. 2018 and participate in the opening ceremony at 9.30 AM.

2) Contestants can only start their mission at the checkpoints once their whole team reach the designated place.

3) The leader of each teams will be receiving the race route and mission via the designated Wechat group.

4) Contestants have to move with their group and are not allow to change their group members during the race.

5) Each team has to have a team leader as the team contact window throughout the whole race.

6) Contestants have to well-armed with race equipment that has been prepared by Blue Marlin.

7) Contestants are only allowed to travel from checkpoint to checkpoints by walking, running, jogging or Bus and Subway. Other transportation such as Taxi or   DiDi Da Che, bicycle are not allowed for the race.

8) Please be patient during the race if any checkpoints is crowded. Safety first!

9) Contestants have to be responsible for their own fees during the race such as public transportation' fees, food & beverage fees and etc.

A winning team will be chosen from each route. Free buffet dinner will be given to the whole winning team. Eg: If we are having 5 routes for the race, there will be 5 winning teams in total.

How many teams will be accepted for the race?

--We can accept maximum 80 teams for this race.

How much time will it takes to complete the race?

-- That depends on your team's ability, typically, we expect at the most 4 hours to complete the race

Can I register only for myself?

-- Contestants are not allowed to register individually but as a team. They have to organize 5 people as a team and register together.
