Jacob Ketcher is the Business Development Manager for Acclime China, based in the Shanghai office. He has nearly five years of China-focused experience, and has worked across both the UK and Mainland China in both the insurance and professional services sectors.

Before he joined Acclime, managed KPMG China’s MNC Channel programme in Shanghai, where he supported go-to-market initiatives to support the firm’s MNC accounts.

At Acclime, Jacob helps foreign-invested businesses to operate more compliantly and efficiently in China, providing support on company incorporation and ongoing compliance needs across a range of sectors, as well as acting as an advisor on trade operations and supply chain management.

He holds a bachelors degree in History from the University of Southampton, a master’s degree in International Relations from City, University of London and speaks English (native) and Chinese (HSK4).

Patrick Pan is a Partner at Acclime's Beijing office, specialising in accounting, payroll,and tax outsourcing services for multinational companies in China.

Patrick began his career at Horwath in audit practice and later served as a corporate servicemanager at an accounting, tax, and payroll consulting firm. in 2006, he joined PwC and eventuallybecame a Tax Partner at PwC Shanghai before joining Acclime. Throughout his career, Patrick has gained extensive experience in accounting, auditing, taxation, HR, and payroll management. His expertise includes implementing PRC accounting and financial policies through software platforms, as well as establishing HR and payroll management systems that comply with Chineselabour and employment contract laws for multinational companies. His industry experience spans financial services, banking,food and beverages,TMD, and consulting.monurocturino.

Patrick graduated from Zhong Nan University of Finance and Economics in 2001 with dualbachelor's degrees in Accounting and Business English. He is a member of the PRc institute ofCertified Tax Agents and holds certifications as a Human Resource Management Professional andUiPath Advanced RPA Developer.
