This training course will focus on the the project management of thearly product requirements collection and product design stage as a series training courses of project management launched in July. | 该课程作为7月推出的项目管理培训的系列课程,更加关注前期产品需求和设计阶段的项目管理

  • Understand the characteristics and difficulties of project management in the stage of product requirement and design; | 了解产品需求和设计阶段项目管理的特点和难点;
  • Overcome the quite common project fear of difficulties in work: complex theory, vague objectives, changeable tasks and personnel conflict; 克服掉工作中相当普遍的项目畏难状态:理论复杂,目标模糊、任务多变、人员冲突;
  • Master the methods, tools and skills of project management and delivery through project case practice and project practical deduction; 通过项目案例练习、项目实战推演,掌握项目管理和交付的方法、工具和技能;
