At the end of the year, many General Managers, Human Resources Managers, and Department Heads began to be busy with annual performance reviews, performance feedback and performance appraisals. In performance management, performance feedback is an inevitable step that makes many leaders a headache. How to make employees recognize the results of performance appraisal through effective communication, eliminate the negative impact, and lead employees to focus on personal growth in the next year? This is a topic worthy of discussion.

We are happy to invite Ms. Maria Xu, the first International Coach Association Certified Masteries Coach – CMC in China, to share with us some coaching skills in performance management, especially in the performance feedback.

Effective coaching skills serve every level of employees. Using coaching skill and increasing empathy and compassion in the performance management reduces stress and replaces it with employees' growth potential. Tough situations and difficult conversations become easier to maneuver when coaching skills are well learned and regularly practiced by leaders in the performance management.

有效的教练技术可用于各级别的员工。在绩效管理工作中运用教练技巧，增加同理心和同情心可以帮助员工减轻压力，更关注员工的成长潜力。当管理者在绩效管理工作中可以较为熟练地使用教练技巧时，艰难的情况和对话会变得更容易处理。
