Jiangsu MR Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was registered and established in September 2006 as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Reinhausen GmbH (MR) in China. As an important strategic hub for Reinhausen in the Asia-Pacific region, the MR Suzhou factory is rooted in the economic hinterland of the Yangtze River Delta. The self-built factory is located at No. 1 Xiasheng Road, Suzhou Industrial Park, covering an area of approximately 28,000 square meters.

The MR Suzhou factory is a world-class manufacturing facility equipped with intelligent production lines and serves as a key link in MR's global production and supply chain. The Suzhou factory carries out manufacturing and quality control of on-load tap-changers in accordance with Reinhausen Group and international standards. From production processes and tooling fixtures to inspection equipment, everything is sourced from the German headquarters. Production technicians receive rigorous, systematic professional training and job certification, ensuring globally unified standards, consistent quality philosophy, and full quality commitment across the entire value chain for "Made by MR."

The factory mainly manufactures on-load tap-changers (OLTCs) and motor drive units. It focuses on the localized manufacturing and innovation of tap-changers for voltage-regulating transformers, intelligent monitoring systems, and green energy technologies. Its products and services cover more than 30 countries, providing safe and reliable power supply for UHV power grids, renewable energy power stations and intelligent manufacturing enterprises.

江苏开德电气设备制造有限公司于2006年9月注册成立，为德国莱茵豪森集团在中国的全资子公司。作为德国MR公司在亚太地区的重要战略支点，MR苏州工厂扎根长三角经济腹地，自建厂房位于苏州工业园区霞盛路1号，占地面积约28,000平方米。
